The farm is situated in the beautiful Tulbagh Valley, with mountain streams, dams and rolling Canola and Wheat fields all part of the farm.

There is a huge 382 000 cubic meters of registered irrigation water part of the property. This is enough to permanently irrigate more than 60 ha.

Currently there are 5 ha of nectarines under nets that are in production, which means that at least 55 – 60 ha of permanent crops can still be planted. Stone fruit and vineyards are grown on a large scale in the area, with other possibilities such as blueberries, almonds and other types of nuts.

There are approximately 800 ha of grain fields and 400 ha of natural vegetation, half of which is mountain land. The farm is also suitable for livestock such as horses, sheep and cattle.

The climate is mediterranean and the annual rainfall is approximately 600 mm.

Permanent improvements consist of approximately 5 managers houses, a number of stores, storerooms, sheds and labourer cottages. Irrigation infrastructure, earthen dams, animal paddocks and a network of gravel roads are all part of the property.
